- Offer potential vendors a fill in and submit, registration form option with file upload boxes for them to submit requested documents. And have check boxes where the potential vendor can select the types of services that they offer.
- Offer the administrator the option of sending an email accepting/denying a vendor application with a space to state the reason for acceptance or denial.
- Allow the administrator to easily create and upload .pdf, .doc, .docx, etc files (manuals, letters, updates, rate sheets, state guidelines, etc.) for registered vendors to read, download and save or print.
