American Apparel have once again come under fire for an 'overly-sexualised' advert featuring a youthful looking model.
The Advertising Standards Agency (ASA) have banned the below advert as although American Apparel defended the ad saying that the model was 20 years-old the ASA believed that she "had a youthful appearance and that some consumers were likely to regard her as being younger than 16 years of age."
